Abstract

Le dispositif électrique à refroidissement par boîte à eau comporte : - un corps principal (302) de dissipateur de chaleur (114) dans lequel est ménagé un canal d’écoulement du liquide de refroidissement présentant des ouvertures supérieures ; et - deux modules électroniques de puissance (110, 112) fermant chacun au moins une des ouvertures supérieures afin d’être refroidis par le liquide de refroidissement, chaque module électronique de puissance présentant au moins une paire de bornes électriques (502, 504) conçues pour présenter une tension continue. Les modules électroniques de puissance (110, 112) sont disposés avec leurs paires de bornes électriques (502, 504) en vis-à-vis l’une de l’autre selon une direction dite transverse (T), et le canal d’écoulement (308) comporte au moins un tronçon dit longitudinal dans lequel le liquide de refroidissement est destiné à s’écouler dans une direction dite longitudinale (L), perpendiculaire à la direction transverse (T).
