Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de traitement d’une huile de pyrolyse de plastiques, comprenant : a) l’hydrogénation sélective de ladite charge pour obtenir un effluent hydrogéné; b) l’hydrotraitement dudit effluent hydrogéné pour obtenir un effluent d’hydrotraitement ; c) une première étape d’hydrocraquage dudit effluent hydrotraité pour obtenir un premier effluent hydrocraqué ; d) une séparation de l’effluent hydrocraqué en présence d’un flux aqueux, pour obtenir un effluent gazeux, un effluent liquide aqueux et un effluent liquide hydrocarboné ; e) un fractionnement de effluent liquide hydrocarboné pour obtenir au moins un flux gazeux et au moins une coupe naphta et une coupe plus lourde ; f) une deuxième étape d’hydrocraquage de la coupe plus lourde pour obtenir un deuxième effluent hydrocraqué ; g) un recyclage d’au moins une partie dudit deuxième effluent hydrocraqué dans l’étape d) de séparation.The present invention relates to a process for the treatment of an oil from the pyrolysis of plastics, comprising: a) the selective hydrogenation of said feedstock to obtain a hydrogenated effluent; b) hydrotreating said hydrogenated effluent to obtain a hydrotreating effluent; c) a first stage of hydrocracking said hydrotreated effluent to obtain a first hydrocracked effluent; d) separation of the hydrocracked effluent in the presence of an aqueous stream, to obtain a gaseous effluent, an aqueous liquid effluent and a liquid hydrocarbon effluent; e) fractionation of liquid hydrocarbon effluent to obtain at least one gaseous stream and at least one naphtha cut and one heavier cut; f) a second stage of hydrocracking the heavier cut to obtain a second hydrocracked effluent; g) recycling at least a portion of said second hydrocracked effluent to step d) separation.
