Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de maintenance prédictive d’un composant (11) d’un véhicule routier (10) et un dispositif de maintenance prédictive configuré pour mettre en œuvre ledit procédé. Le procédé est mis en œuvre par au moins un calculateur (12) relié au composant (11) et comprend les étapes suivantes :a. collecte d’un ensemble de données du véhicule (S200) comprenant :i. des premières données relatives à l’utilisation de premières combinaisons prédéterminées de paramètres d’usage dudit composant (CP1(1), …, CP1(N)), ii. des deuxièmes données relatives à l’utilisation de secondes combinaisons prédéterminées de paramètres d’usage dudit véhicule (CP2(1), …, CP2(M)), iii. des troisièmes données permettant d’établir l’évolution d’au moins un paramètre de contrôle du composant représentatif de l’usure du composant (P3) en fonction du nombre de kilomètres parcourus par le véhicule,b. en fonction des premières et deuxièmes données du véhicule, sélection (S300), parmi une pluralité de classes préétablies de véhicules (C1,1, …, C5,5) ayant des premières données et des deuxièmes données similaires, d’une classe pour laquelle les premières données et les secondes données du véhicule sont similaires à celles des véhicules de la classe sélectionnée,c. comparaison des troisièmes données du véhicule avec des données de référence de la classe sélectionnée (S400), les données de référence étant obtenues à partir de données d’évolution dudit paramètre de contrôle représentatif de l’usure du composant de chacun des véhicules de la classe sélectionnée,d. déduction, en fonction du résultat de la comparaison, d’un comportement futur du composant (S500).
