Abstract
Procédé amélioré de fabrication d’une pièce mécanique par fabrication additive Procédé de fabrication d’une pièce mécanique aéronautique (1, 1’) configurée pour être sollicitée mécaniquement selon une direction principale, le procédé comprenant la fabrication d’une première partie de pièce (10, 10’) par un premier procédé, de telle sorte qu’au moins une surface (11, 11’) de la première partie de pièce (10, 10’) comprenne un artéfact géométrique (40, 40’), et la fabrication d’une deuxième partie de pièce (20, 20’) par fabrication additive sur la première partie de pièce (10, 10’) selon une direction de fabrication (F), la fabrication additive étant un deuxième procédé différent du premier procédé,de telle sorte qu’une interface de liaison (30, 30’) entre la première partie de pièce (10, 10’) et la deuxième partie de pièce (20, 20’) comprenne l’artéfact géométrique (40, 40’), ce dernier étant configurée de telle sorte à limiter un déplacement relatif de la deuxième partie de pièce (20, 20’) par rapport à la première partie de pièce (10, 10’) dans la direction principale.
