Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte à un harnais (100) conçu pour améliorer la pratique de la course à pied ou de la marche à pied, comprenant un bandeau (Bo) de nuque. Le harnais comprend deux sangles (S1, S2) respectivement fixées sur les deux extrémités du bandeau (Bo), chaque sangle (S) comprenant une boucle (Bc) formant une poignée pour permettre à un poignet d'une personne de s'y loger pour s’y reposer ou être saisie par la main de ladite personne. L'utilisation d'un harnais par une personne pratiquant la course à pied ou la marche lui permet de réduire sa fatigue pendant l'effort.
