Il comporte des moyens (28) de déplacement du mât, portés par le premier étage (16), les moyens de déplacement (28) comportant : une batterie électrique (30), solidarisée au premier étage (16), et un premier tambour de treuil électrique (32), porté par le premier étage (16) et entrainé par un moteur alimenté par la batterie (30), le premier tambour (32) coopérant avec un premier câble (34) partiellement enroulé autour du premier tambour et relié à ses extrémités à proximité des extrémités basse (15a) et haute (15b) du rail de guidage (15).
