Procédé et dispositif électronique de détermination d’une liste d’action(s) de maintenance, programme d’ordinateur associé L’invention concerne un procédé de détermination d’une liste d’action(s) de maintenance à mettre en œuvre pour un groupe d’équipement(s) présentant un jeu de symptôme(s) à partir de connaissances contenues dans une base de connaissances. Chaque connaissance est relative à un ensemble d’équipement(s) de référence, ainsi qu’à un ensemble de symptôme(s) et une ensemble d’action(s) de maintenance chacun associé à l’ensemble d’équipement(s) de référence. La base de connaissance comprend, pour chaque connaissance un vecteur de connaissance. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : - acquisition (110) d’élément(s) textuel(s) relatif(s) au groupe d’équipement(s) et au jeu de symptôme(s) ; - conversion (130) du ou des élément(s) textuel(s) en un vecteur représentatif ; - calcul (140) de distance(s) entre le vecteur représentatif et les vecteurs de connaissance ; et - détermination (150) de la liste d’action(s) de maintenance à partir des distances calculées et de l’ensemble d’action(s) de chaque connaissance. Each piece of knowledge relates to a set of reference equipment(s), as well as a set of symptom(s) and a set of maintenance action(s) each associated with the set of equipment(s) reference. The knowledge base comprises, for each knowledge, a knowledge vector. The method comprises the following steps: - acquisition (110) of textual element(s) relating to the group of equipment(s) and the set of symptom(s); - converting (130) the textual element(s) into a representative vector; - calculation (140) of distance(s) between the representative vector and the knowledge vectors; and - determination (150) of the list of maintenance action(s) from the calculated distances and the set of action(s) of each knowledge.
