Le plus souvent, ces kiosques sont fréquemment montés et démontés pour pouvoir être déplacés d’un lieu à un autre.
Il en résulte que les caractéristiques attendues pour de tels kiosques sont la facilité et la rapidité de montage/démontage, ainsi que le faible encombrement, à l’état démonté, pour des raisons évidentes de limitation des coûts de transport et de stockage.Kiosks are commercial modular structures that can be installed in multiple and varied places and for events such as trade shows, exhibition fairs, markets, cultural events, political rallies, festive events, sporting events, etc. .

La demande de brevet européen EP3059357A1 divulgue une structure événementielle de forme parallélépipédique comportant un plancher, au bord duquel s’élève 4 montants supportant un toit. Des cloisons dont l’une comporte une porte d’accès sont agencés entre les montants. Ces derniers sont articulés par rapport au plancher rectangulaire entre une position verticale et une position rabattue (état démonté) où ils reposent sur le longeron du plancher. Les axes d’articulation sont transversaux. Chaque articulation est montée, d’une part, sur un longeron, et, d’autre part, sur le montant correspondant. Chaque coin du plancher rectangulaire comprend une encoche dans laquelle est logée la base d’un montant en position verticale. Le toit de même forme rectangulaire que le plancher, est muni sur sa face inférieure de tétons coniques d’angle destinés à être engagés dans des logements complémentaires prévus dans les extrémités supérieures des montants. La solidarisation réversible du toit aux montants est assurée par des vis traversant les tétons pour coopérer avec des filetages prévus dans les têtes de montants. À l’état démonté, les montants sont rabattus sur les longerons et le toit peut être posé sur ces longerons. Il est ainsi possible de gerber plusieurs structures événementielles démontées, dans un volume réduit.
Ce type de structure événementielle répond aux spécifications attendues de facilité et de rapidité de montage/démontable et de faible encombrement, à l’état démonté pour le transport et le stockage. Cependant, ce type de structure ne répond pas à tous les besoins du marché.
En effet, il serait opportun de proposer des kiosques de plus petites dimensions que les structures événementielles selon EP3059357A1, tout en conservant les spécifications susvisées.
Cependant, la réduction dimensionnelle de ce type de structures va à l’encontre de l’escamotage recherché pour avoir le plus faible encombrement à l’état démonté. En effet, le gain dimensionnel s’opère par réduction de la longueur tout en conservant la même hauteur que celle des structures événementielles de grandes dimensions connues. Il n’est donc plus possible de faire tenir les montants dans la longueur en position rabattue sur le plancher.
European patent application EP3059357A1 discloses a parallelepiped-shaped event structure comprising a floor, at the edge of which rise 4 uprights supporting a roof. Comme montré sur les figures 1 à 13, le kiosque 1 montable/démontable selon l’invention comporte une ossature 2 constituée par un plancher 4 et un toit 5 rectangulaires, reliés l’un à l’autre, à l’état monté de l’ossature 2 ou du kiosque 1, par deux montants articulés 6, prolongés chacun par une rallonge 7 et disposés sur un côté longitudinal de l’ossature 2 et par deux montants encastrés 8 opposés, prolongés chacun par une rallonge 9.

Le plancher 4 est délimité par un cadre 40 rectangulaire comportant deux traverses 41 et deux longerons 42. L’intérieur de ce cadre 40 comprend un treillis formé de barres transversales 43 et longitudinales 44.
Les éléments constitutifs 41,42,43,44 du plancher 4 sont des tubes métalliques de section transversale droite rectangulaire. Ils sont solidarisés les uns aux autres par soudure. The floor 4 can be covered with a floor, a grating or a floor covering, in wood or metal or in synthetic material.

Des tétons 54 tronconiques sont saillants à partir de la face inférieure des traverses 51 du cadre 50, comme cela apparaît sur les figures 7,9 10,11&12. La face inférieure de chaque traverse 51 comprend 3 tétons 54 tronconiques, dont deux aux extrémités 2 et un 3eintermédiaire utile pour le 2emode de réalisation du kiosque 1 selon les figures 2 et 4. Ces tétons tronconiques 54 sont pourvus d’un alésage axial permettant le passage de broches ou de vis de fixation.

The underside of each crosspiece 51 comprises 3 tapered studs 54, two of which at the ends 2 and a 3rd intermediary useful for the 2nd embodiment of the kiosk 1 according to FIGS. 2 and 4. These tapered studs 54 are provided with a axial bore allowing the passage of pins or fixing screws.
Advantageously, these tapered studs 54 are made of machined steel.

Naturellement, selon une variante symétrique, le manchon de raccordement pourrait être prévu sur le haut du montant 6. Tout autre moyen de liaison amovible adaptée pourrait également être envisagé.
Chaque montant articulé 6 est pourvu sur sa face extérieure 12, de 3 évidements 13 destinés à recevoir les tétons tronconiques 54 du toit 5 en position non verticale/couchée du montant 6, comme montré sur les figures 8/9/10.
La base du montant 6 présente en outre un alésage traversant 14 de sa face extérieure 12 jusqu’à sa face intérieure 15. Un boulon 16 permet de fixer, de manière réversible, la base du montant 6 à la traverse 41, et plus précisément un renvoi 45 de la traverse 41 perpendiculaire à la face intérieure 46 de cette traverse 41 et perforé pour laisser passer la vis du boulon 16. Le montant 6 est ainsi maintenu vertical perpendiculaire au plancher 4. Une fois ce boulon 16 ôté, le montant 6 peut pivoter de la position verticale qui est la sienne à l’état monté de l’ossature jusqu’à une position non verticale/couchée, rabattue, sensiblement à l’horizontale (voir figure 7 faisant apparaître une flèche de pivotement de la verticale à l’horizontale), dans laquelle il est en appui sur une butée 17 ménagée sur la traverse correspondante 41 du plancher 4 (voir figures 8/9/10). The base of the upright 6 also has a through bore 14 from its outer face 12 to its inner face 15. A bolt 16 makes it possible to fix, in a reversible manner, the base of the upright 6 to the crosspiece 41, and more precisely a return 45 of the crosspiece 41 perpendicular to the inner face 46 of this crosspiece 41 and perforated to allow the screw of the bolt 16 to pass. The upright 6 is thus kept vertical perpendicular to the floor 4. Once this bolt 16 has been removed, the upright 6 can pivot from its vertical position in the mounted state of the frame to a non-vertical/lying position, folded down, substantially horizontal (see figure 7 showing a pivot arrow from the vertical to the 'horizontal), in which it rests on a stop 17 provided on the corresponding crosspiece 41 of the floor 4 (see Figures 8/9/10). This pivoting is preferably carried out after having removed the extension 7 from the head of the upright 6.

Une fixation supplémentaire des socles-fourreaux 47 & 48 et de la butée 17, à la base du montant 8 peut éventuellement être prévue.
Une même ossature 2 peut ainsi avantageusement offrir deux versions de kiosque correspondant à deux largeurs différentes pour l’espace intérieur défini par le plancher 4, les quatre montants et rallonges 6,7,8,9 et le toit 5. Cela permet un aménagement différent comme montré sur les figures 1 et 2.
Chaque rallonge 9 est constituée, à l’instar du montant 8, d’un tube métallique de section transversale droite rectangulaire. La rallonge 9 comporte un manchon de raccordement 90 s’étendant à partir de l’extrémité inférieure 91 de la rallonge 9. Cette extrémité 91 a sensiblement la même forme en section et les mêmes dimensions que l’extrémité supérieure 81 du montant 8, tandis que le manchon de raccordement 90, s’il a la même forme en section transversale, présente des dimensions légèrement inférieures à celles de l’extrémité supérieure 81 pour permettre l’enchâssement de la rallonge 9 dans la tête du montant 8. Naturellement, selon une variante symétrique, le manchon de raccordement pourrait être prévu sur le haut du montant 8. Tout autre moyen de liaison amovible adaptée pourrait également être envisagé.
Comme montré plus en détail sur la figure 13, la partie terminale supérieure de la rallonge 9 est équipée d’un logement 92 cylindrique dont la partie supérieure est solidaire d’une plaque rectangulaire 93 dont la longueur et la largeur correspondent à la section de l’extrémité supérieure ouverte du montant tubulaire 9. Cette plaque 93 est fixée par exemple par soudure. Chaque logement 92 et destiné à recevoir les tétons tronconique 54 en saillie par rapport à la face inférieure des traverses 51 du toit 5.
Le même logement 92, solidaire chacun d’une plaque 93, équipe chaque tête de rallonge 7 du montant articulé 6.
Comme cela apparaît sur la figure 12, il est prévu un boulon 94, dont la vis 95 peut être engagée au travers d’un alésage ménagé dans la traverse 51 du toit 5, au travers de l’alésage axial de chaque téton tronconique 54 puis au travers du fond 96 du logement 92. L’extrémité inférieure de la vis 95 est vissée dans ou est solidaire d’une tête ou d’un écrou 97 disposé sur la face extérieure du fond 96 du logement 92.
Le toit 5 peut ainsi être fixé réversiblement à la tête des montants 6,8 ou préférablement de leurs rallonges 7,8.Each built-in upright 8 is also constituted by a metal tube of rectangular straight cross-section. An additional fixing of the socket-bases 47 & 48 and the abutment 17, at the base of the upright 8 may optionally be very planned.
The same frame 2 can thus advantageously offer two kiosk versions corresponding to two different widths for the interior space defined by the floor 4, the four uprights and extensions 6,7,8,9 and the roof 5. This allows a different layout as shown in Figures 1 and 2.
Each extension 9 consists, like the upright 8, of a metal tube of rectangular straight cross-section. The extension 9 comprises a connection sleeve 90 extending from the lower end 91 of the extension 9. This end 91 has substantially the same cross-sectional shape and the same dimensions as the upper end 81 of the upright 8, while that the connection sleeve 90, if it has the same shape in cross section, has dimensions slightly smaller than those of the upper end 81 to allow the embedding of the extension 9 in the head of the upright 8. Naturally, according to a symmetrical variant, the connection sleeve could be provided on the top of the upright 8. Any other suitable removable connection means could also be considered.
As shown in more detail in Figure 13, the upper end part of the extension 9 is equipped with a cylindrical housing 92 whose upper part is secured to a rectangular plate 93 whose length and width correspond to the section of the upper open end of the tubular upright 9. This plate 93 is fixed for example by welding. Each housing 92 and intended to receive the tapered studs 54 projecting from the underside of the crosspieces 51 of the roof 5.
The same housing 92, each secured to a plate 93, equips each extension head 7 of the articulated upright 6.
As shown in Figure 12, there is provided a bolt 94, the screw 95 of which can be engaged through a bore made in the crosspiece 51 of the roof 5, through the axial bore of each truncated stud 54 then through the bottom 96 of the housing 92. The lower end of the screw 95 is screwed into or is integral with a head or a nut 97 disposed on the outer face of the bottom 96 of the housing 92.
The roof 5 can thus be fixed reversibly to the head of the uprights 6.8 or preferably to their extensions 7.8.

Le toit 5 est ensuite déposé sur les deux montants 6 couchés, en faisant en sorte que les tétons tronconiques 54 pénètrent dans les évidements 13, de façon à caler le toit 5 par rapport aux montants 6 et au plancher 4, dans la direction horizontale. (Voir figure 9). On procède ensuite au gerbage d’autres ensembles, chacun constitué par un plancher 4, de montants articulés 6 et un toit 5. It is thus possible to constitute a stack of several sets, at the top of which can be stored the built-in uprights 8 and the extensions 7 and 9 of all stacked sets.

Leur faible encombrement une fois démontés et rangés, est un réel atout économique en termes de transport et de stockage.
Les deux versions de montage et les possibilités d’agencement sont particulièrement attractifs sur le plan commercial. Le kiosque se prête bien à la mise en place d’un comptoir, de présentoirs et d’ornements de communication. Une installation électrique pour alimenter notamment un éclairage, peut être avantageusement mise en œuvre.

Claims (10)

Kiosque (1) mobile, montable/démontable, comportant une ossature (2), de préférence revêtue d’un habillage (10),
dans lequel
* l'ossature (2) comprend :
- un plancher (4) de forme générale polyédrique, de préférence rectangulaire,
- au moins quatre montants ((6,8);
- et/ou au moins un toit (5) de forme générale polyédrique, de préférence rectangulaire ;
* l'ossature (2) est au moins en partie gerbable à l'état démonté;
* le plancher (4) est formé par un cadre (40) comportant deux longerons (42) et deux traverses (41);
caractérisé en ce que
(i) au moins deux (6) des montants (6,8) sont reliés chacun par une articulation (11) au cadre (40), de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe longitudinal, de préférence le même, entre une position couchée/non verticale , correspondant à l’état démonté, dans laquelle ce montant (6) est superposé à une traverse (41), et, une position verticale, correspondant à l’état monté ;
(ii) au moins deux autres montants (8) sont amovibles et réversiblement encastrables dans le cadre (40) du plancher (4), chacun de ces montants (8) étant vertical à l’état monté et délimitant avec un montant articulé (6), le plancher (4) et le toit (5), une face transversale du kiosque (1).Kiosk (1) mobile, mountable / dismountable, comprising a frame (2), preferably covered with a covering (10),
