Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé et une installation de production d’un engrais organique à partir de compost et/ou de macroalgues comprenant les étapes suivantes : - obtention de boues de station d’épuration - séchage desdites boues de station d’épuration de sorte à obtenir du combustible solide résiduel présentant une taux de matière sèche au moins égal à 60% ; - mélange du combustible solide résiduel avec de la matière organique présentant un taux de matière sèche au moins égal à 60% ; - pyrogazéification dudit mélange à une température comprise entre 900 et 1200°C en présence d’une faible quantité d’oxygène de sorte à obtenir un gaz de synthèse ; - autocombustion dans un réacteur d’au moins une partie dudit gaz de synthèse obtenu par pyrogazéification dudit mélange ; - séchage dudit compost et/ou desdites macroalgues à partir de la chaleur des fumées et du gaz de synthèse résiduel sortant dudit réacteur.
