Abstract
Procédé de détection d’une forme agrégée en feuillets β d’une protéine formant des agrégats de type feuillets β L’invention concerne un procédé in vitro de détection dans un échantillon d’une forme agrégée en feuillets β d’une protéine formant des agrégats de type feuillets β (PAFβ) comprenant une étape qui consiste à ajuster le pH d’un échantillon susceptible de contenir une PAFβ à un pH allant de 9,7 à 13,2 pour désagréger tout ou partie de la PAFβ afin d’obtenir une forme non-agrégée en feuillets β de la protéine formant des agrégats de type feuillets β (PNAFβ) et la mesure de la teneur en PNAFβ avec une méthode immunologique appropriée à un pH allant de 6 à 9.
