Abstract
[Procédé et installation de régulation thermique chaud et/ou froid d’un bâtiment [L’invention concerne un procédé de régulation thermique chaud et/ou froid multizone d’un bâtiment (1). Selon l’invention le procédé comporte notamment une étape de détermination d’un besoin calorifique Ct du bâtiment (1) à un instant t, le besoin calorifique Ct du bâtiment (1) étant déterminé en fonction d’un différentiel ΔTm de chaque pièce régulée (P1, P2, P3, P4). Le différentiel ΔTm d’une pièce régulée (P1, P2, P3, P4) correspond au différentiel entre une température mesurée Tm à un instant t et la température de consigne Tc de chaque pièce régulée (P1, P2, P3, P4) du bâtiment (1). Ainsi, selon l’invention, le procédé comprend une étape d’ajustement du taux de sollicitation de l’unité de production d’air (4) au bâtiment (1) au moins en fonction du besoin calorifique Ct. L’invention se rapporte également à une installation de régulation (2) susceptible de mettre en œuvre le procédé de régulation selon l’invention. Figure pour l’abrégé Fig.2]
