Abstract

Un procédé d’inspection visuelle d’une pièce mécanique réelle (PR) par un opérateur, la pièce étant associée à un nuage de points (NP) définissant chacun une position géographique (POS) et un degré de tolérance géométrique (DEG), le procédé comporte une étape d’association (ET1) de chaque point (Q) à une plage de tolérance géométrique (T1-T4), une étape de formation (ET2) d’une pluralité de surfaces géométriques à partir des points (Q) associés à une plage de tolérance géométrique (T1-T4), les surfaces géométriques ayant la même couleur, une étape de formation (ET3) d’une image composite (IC) par association de l’ensemble des surfaces géométriques afin de recréer l’enveloppe de la pièce mécanique réelle (PR) et une étape d’affichage (ET4) en réalité augmentée de ladite image composite (IC) sur une image (IM) de ladite pièce mécanique réelle (PR) de manière à assister l’opérateur lors de l’inspection des défauts géométriques de la pièce mécanique réelle (PR).
