Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de distribution de vrac liquide avec un distributeur (10) de vrac liquide comprenant un bec verseur (14), une balance (34) avec un support (30), disposée sous le bec verseur (14) de liquide, et une interface de distribution de liquide (22), le procédé comprenant : a) une étape de détection d’un contenant (32) disposé sur le support (30) avec une première pesée du contenant, b) une étape de distribution de liquide, c) une deuxième pesée du liquide et du contenant au terme de la distribution de liquide, d) une étape de détermination automatique d’une valeur de liquide distribué fonction de la première pesée, de la deuxième pesée et d’une consigne de valeur. L’invention concerne également un distributeur de vrac liquide (10) pour la mise en œuvre du procédé. Application à la distribution et la vente de liquides, et en particulier de liquides alimentaires. Figure 1
