Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé de prétraitement de résidus graisseux d’origine animale et/ou végétale, par exemple de déchets issus des eaux usées industrielles, urbaines ou issus de procédés industriels, en particulier pour une station d’épuration, comportant au moins les étapes suivantes :a) séparation physique des résidus graisseux par dégraissage statique ou aéré ou par flottation, b) pompage des résidus graisseux séparés,c) acheminement des résidus graisseux pompés vers une cuve principale de réaction/un réacteur,d) mise en contact des résidus graisseux dans la cuve principale de réaction/le réacteur avec une base forte pour obtenir une hydrolyse en milieu basique par saponification, et agitation du mélange hydrolysé pendant la réaction jusqu’à obtention d’une solution liquide homogène saponifiée,e) stockage des résidus graisseux saponifiés ainsi obtenus, etf) récupération desdits résidus saponifiés vers une unité de valorisation.The invention relates to a process for the pretreatment of fatty residues of animal and/or vegetable origin, for example waste from industrial, urban wastewater or from industrial processes, in particular for a purification plant, comprising at least the following steps: a) physical separation of the greasy residues by static or aerated degreasing or by flotation, b) pumping of the separated greasy residues, c) routing of the pumped greasy residues to a main reaction vessel/reactor, d) contacting of the fatty residues in the main reaction vessel/reactor with a strong base to obtain hydrolysis in a basic medium by saponification, and agitation of the hydrolyzed mixture during the reaction until a homogeneous saponified liquid solution is obtained,e) storage of the residues saponified fatty oils thus obtained, andf) recovering said saponified residues to a recovery unit.
