Rotor de turbine (25) comprenant au moins une aube montée sur un disque de rotor (25a) et un élément de rotor (26) disposé en amont et solidaire en rotation dudit disque de rotor (25a), l’élément de rotor (26) comprenant au moins un orifice de ventilation (26c) pour la ventilation de ladite aube, caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend au moins un dispositif de régulation du débit d’air (30) monté dans l’élément de rotor (26) et associé à un orifice de ventilation (26c) configuré pour se déplacer progressivement au moins radialement dans une cavité correspondante (26d) entre une position d’obturation de l’orifice de ventilation (26c) associé et une position d’ouverture dudit orifice (26c) en fonction du régime de rotation du rotor.
