Description

Ce dispositif est un embout de captation des bruits respiratoires, dénommé (embout dual) .The present invention relates to a device for capturing, recording and analyzing the noises emitted during the breathing of a person. This device is a mouthpiece for capturing respiratory sounds, called (dual mouthpiece) .

The device for capturing, recording and analyzing breath sounds is placed, in a single gesture, between the lips of the person. During each breathing sequence, the air exhaled from the lungs passes through the device for capturing, recording and analyzing respiratory sounds in the direction indicated by an arrow (6). The exhaled air flow passes through the inlet (4) and exits through the outlet (5) to be directed towards the analysis device by means of a tube fixed at the outlet.

This device, device for capturing, recording and analyzing breath sounds, semi-profile view , front view consists of a disposable mouthpiece (1) to which microphones (2) are fixed. The reusable microphones (2) are slid into the protective sheath (3) constituting the disposable mouthpiece. Once the device is positioned, the person breathes normally or follows the instructions provided. The sounds emitted by the flow of air exhaled by the lungs are picked up and recorded by the microphones (2) in real time. The air exhaled from the lungs produces a specific noise depending on whether or not the person is in a pathological condition. These breath sounds, crackles, rhonchi, squawks, sibilants, stridor, cough sounds, occur in specific frequencies. The microphones (2) record the noises according to the frequencies linked to the pathology. The recorded noises are transmitted on screen, a recording is made for analysis purposes.

Le dispositif de capture, d’enregistrement et d’analyse des bruits respiratoires permet d’effectuer une triple analyse :The device for capturing, recording and analyzing breath sounds allows you to perform a triple analysis:

The device for capturing, recording and analyzing breath sounds allows during the breathing of a person to study the different noises emitted during his breathing.

Il permet de mesurer une constante physiologique, la fréquence respiratoire,It makes it possible to measure a physiological constant, the respiratory rate,

It allows spirometry, another physiological constant.

The device for capturing, recording and analyzing breath sounds is characterized in that it makes it possible to collect the noises emitted during breathing without having recourse to knowledge of the anatomy of a person. Simple breathing is enough by putting the device in the mouth to pick up the noises emitted during breathing.

This device is characterized in that it allows through these microphones to collect all the noises linked to the different pathologies, crackles, rhonchi, strident noises (squawks), sibilants, stridor, cough sounds. The microphones (2) specifically record the noises emitted by adjusting the different frequencies appropriate to the noises sought. The capture ranges of the noises emitted correspond to the frequencies for humans.

The device is characterized in that it allows, once captured, to record the noises related to breathing during expiration or inspiration to analyze them for scientific interpretation. The capture of noises is medical data that complements the person's medical file. The device for capturing, recording and analyzing breath sounds is a connected medical device.

The invention differs from other systems in that it allows an initial analysis of the person's bronchial condition without in-depth anatomical or medical knowledge.

The areas of use of the breath sound recording device bring out a perception of the physiological state of a person. The field of use of the device is multiple:
  • During a medical aptitude visit.
  • For a medical consultation.
  • For a telemedicine act.
