Abstract

Dispositif de régulation thermique d’au moins un composant électronique L’invention concerne un dispositif (1) de régulation thermique d’au moins un composant (3) électronique, comportant au moins deux conduits de circulation (5) d’un fluide caloporteur, agencés selon un axe d’empilement (A1), et au moins un collecteur de fluide caloporteur (7) en communication fluidique avec les conduits de circulation (5). Selon l’invention, le collecteur de fluide caloporteur (7) comporte au moins deux portions de connexion fluidique (9), respectivement assemblées à une extrémité d’un conduit de circulation (5) correspondant et comportant respectivement au moins un collet (95) bordant un orifice (97), et au moins un connecteur creux (11) interposé entre deux portions de connexion fluidique (9) selon l’axe d’empilement (A1), et comportant deux tronçons d’extrémité (111) opposés, montés coulissants à l’intérieur des collets (95) de deux portions de connexion fluidique (9) en vis-à-vis.
