Abstract
L’invention concerne un outillage de démontage (400) d’un organe de masquage (30) positionné sur une pièce métallique (20) de turbomachine, ledit organe de masquage (30) comportant une pièce supérieure (31) et une pièce inférieure (32), la pièce supérieure (31) et la pièce inférieure (32) de l’organe masquage (30) étant configurées pour s’emboiter autour d’une portion (22) de ladite pièce métallique (20) de turbomachine par translation de la pièce supérieure (31) de l’organe masquage (30) selon une première direction (X) et par translation de la pièce inférieure (32) de l’organe masquage (30) selon une deuxième direction (Z) perpendiculaire à la première direction (X), ledit outillage de démontage (400) étant caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte : un support (430) présentant une embase (431) configurée pour recevoir en appui une partie inférieure de la pièce inférieure (32) de l’organe de masquage (30) ; ledit support (430) présentant au moins une portion (432 , 433) configurée pour coopérer avec une portion de ladite pièce inférieure (32) de l’organe de masquage de manière à la rendre solidaire des déplacements dudit support (430) selon ladite deuxième direction (Z) ; un vérin (420) comportant une portion mobile (422) solidaire dudit support (430), ledit vérin (420) étant configuré pour déplacer ledit support (430) selon ladite deuxième direction (Z) ; au moins une butée (444, 464) configurée pour bloquer les mouvements de ladite pièce supérieure (31) de l’organe de masquage (30) selon la deuxième direction (Z).
