Abstract
Figure à publier avec l’abrégé : figure 1.Modular photovoltaic system for installations in alpine environments. Each module comprises, on a wooden structure, bifacial photovoltaic panels arranged vertically. Modules can be easily moved and installed for endless configuration. The invention lends itself particularly to the production of structures with a multipurpose vocation, such as, for example, solar labyrinths, solar exhibitions, light structures for information or tourist reception, and so on. The modules are installed in a network of foundation elements on the ground, and their arrangement can be varied and adapted easily with a minimum of technical means. Description
The present invention relates to a modular system allowing the easy design, construction, modification, installation and maintenance of photovoltaic systems in particular, but not exclusively, in alpine environments.
Etat de la techniqueState of the art
Photovoltaic installations are already of significant importance and their number is still growing thanks, among other things, to the ever lower price of silicon photovoltaic panels. However, solar installations remain visually imposing and occupy imposing surfaces. Apart from the roofs, it is difficult to find rentals that can accommodate new installations.
- Les installations doivent supporter les rigueurs du climat de montagne ;
- The installations must withstand the rigors of the mountain climate;
- The ideal place is often inaccessible with heavy means of transport and lifting.
- The visual impact must be reduced, especially in tourist areas.
- Versatile use is desirable, and sometimes required by local law and regulations.
Bref résumé de l’inventionBrief summary of the invention
There is therefore a need for a solar product making it possible to achieve solar installations efficiently, without having to resort to heavy means of transport and lifting, in harmony with the traditional aesthetic of alpine constructions, and allowing versatile use. .
According to the invention, these aims are achieved in particular by means of the subject of the appended claims, and particularly by a modular system for the production of photovoltaic installations comprising a plurality of basic photovoltaic modules 15 flat, of the same dimensions, each comprising two parallel posts 31 having one end for vertical anchoring to a foundation, one or more bifacial photovoltaic panels 21 arranged vertically between the posts 31, slots 18, 19 parallel to the posts 31 making it possible to link two base modules 15 together.
The dependent claims relate to useful and important characteristics, although not essential to the operation of the invention, inter alia: the presence of a cross member 34 orthogonal to the posts 31; an upper slot 18 above the cross member 34 and a lower slot 19 below the cross member 34, the upper slot 18 and the lower slot 19 being aligned with a vertical axis 25 equidistant from the posts 31.
The preferred material for making the posts 31 and the cross member 34 is wood. However, other choices are possible. The basic module can be completed with wooden panels 41 below the cross member 34, while the bifacial photovoltaic panels are arranged above the cross member 34.
The basic modules 15 alone allow an infinite number of easily modifiable combinations. The versatility of the system can be further increased by special modules, such as extension modules 16, which cantileverly hooks to a base photovoltaic module 15 and / or by cross modules 17, each corresponding to two base modules 15 linked together, and comprising four parallel square posts 31.
Advantageously, the base modules 15 and also the extension modules 16 and the cross-shaped modules 17) are pre-wired and carry two connectors 62 which allow them to be simply connected with an adjacent compatible module. If necessary, they also include a receptacle 64, preferably impermeable to rain and snow, which can house an optimizer and / or a micro-inverter.
The foundations necessary for anchoring the modules are preferably made by identical modules 70, preinstalled in the field according to a regular network. Each foundation module can preferably accommodate up to four posts of four photovoltaic modules, and includes adjustment means for leveling the panels, notwithstanding the unevenness of the ground.
An important advantage of the system of the invention is that the modules can be preconstructed in the workshop and then moved and installed in a foundation network produced on the chosen location in a very simple manner. The weight of each module is such that it can, if necessary, be transported and installed by two workers without mechanical means. Handling operations, replacement of defective modules, and reorganization of installations are also highly facilitated by the modularity of the system.
The modules of the photovoltaic system of the invention allow the realization of multipurpose structures which combine the generation of photovoltaic energy with other uses, such as for example play areas, exhibitions, labyrinths and so on.
This disclosure uses the terms "system" and "installation" equivalently to refer to the claimed product.
Brève description des figuresBrief description of the figures
Exemple(s) de mode de réalisation de l’inventionExample (s) of embodiment of the invention
In the example illustrated, the posts 31 are connected by the horizontal cross member 34 approximately at mid-height. The photovoltaic panels 21 are arranged vertically below the cross member 34, and the space below the cross member 34 is closed by two panels 41, for example made of wood. However, the invention admits variants with two connecting crossbars, as will be seen below, or other arrangements.
An important feature of the module 21 is that the photovoltaic panels 21 and the wooden panels 41 are arranged so as to leave two aligned slits 18, 19. The width of the slits 18, 19 corresponds to that of the cross member 34, so that it is possible to link two identical panels together, by sliding the cross member of one of the panels into the upper or lower slot of the other panel.
In the example illustrated, the slots 18 and 19 are aligned with the vertical axis 25 of the module 15 (the axis equidistant from the two posts 31). The two module assemblies have a cross arrangement, with the modules at right angles united by axis 25 in the middle. In variants not shown but possible, the slots 18 and 19 could be close to one of the ends of the module, so that two assembled modules would have an "L" arrangement. When two modules are assembled, the two crosspieces 34 are secured in their middle by an ankle, a bolt, a recess, or any other suitable fixing means.

Figures 2 and 3 show an extension module 16 which can be cantilevered to a base module 15. The double cross member 38 is attached to the cross member 34 of a base module 15 by bolts, or equivalent fixing means.
Figures 4 and 5 show a pre-assembled module 17 equivalent to two base modules 15 crossed.

The base module 15, the extension module 16, and the cross module 17 have been described here by way of example. The invention is not, however, limited to these special embodiments, but includes all variations and equivalents implied by the appended claims. Among others, the system of the invention can include, in addition to basic modules with two photovoltaic panels, also modules in which one or two upper panels are replaced by passive elements, by wooden panels, or by panels. advertising. Depending on the opportunities, we could also design modules with three, four, or more photovoltaic panels. The invention could also provide modules which, while remaining compatible with the basic module, do not have a central slot, and cannot be crossed with, but only contiguous to another module, modules with a roof, and many other variations.
