Abstract
TITRE DE L’INVENTION : DISPOSITIF DE PRÉVENTION DES FUITES DE GAZ POUR COMPRESSEUR. Le dispositif (100) de prévention des fuites de gaz d’un compresseur (54) positionné à l’interface entre un réseau amont (12) de transport de gaz et un réseau aval (13) de transport de gaz, comporte : - une garniture (55) mécanique configurée pour étanchéiser le compresseur,- un moteur à gaz (50) configuré pour entraîner le compresseur, - un surpresseur pneumatique (30) muni d’une chambre de détente (17) et d’une chambre de compression (23),- une première conduite de gaz (31) entre le réseau amont et une entrée (18) de la chambre de détente (17),- une deuxième conduite de gaz (32) entre une sortie (19) de la chambre de détente et le moteur à gaz,- une conduite de gaz entre la chambre de compression (23) et la garniture mécanique du compresseur. Un gaz dit « de barrage » est comprimé dans la chambre de compression puis injecté dans la garniture mécanique pour prévenir les fuites de gaz ou dans lequel un gaz s’échappant dans la garniture mécanique est collecté puis comprimé dans la chambre de compression puis évacué vers le réseau aval. A so-called "barrier" gas is compressed in the compression chamber and then injected into the mechanical seal to prevent gas leaks or in which a gas escaping in the mechanical seal is collected then compressed in the compression chamber and then evacuated to the downstream network.
