Abstract
Installation pour la préparation d’une composition explosive et procédé de préparation d’une composition explosive La présente invention concerne une installation pour la préparation d’une composition explosive sous forme de cartouches et un procédé de préparation d’une composition explosive. Plus précisément, l’installation selon la présente invention comprend: - une première trémie destinée à contenir du nitrate d’ammonium sous forme de prills et reliée à une extrémité d’entrée d’un doseur à vis - un moyen d’injection d’une émulsion inverse comprenant du nitrate, disposé à proximité d’une extrémité de sortie du doseur à vis, - un élément tubulaire vertical dont une extrémité d’entrée est reliée à l’extrémité de sortie du doseur à vis et une extrémité de sortie est reliée à une extrémité d’entrée d’un mélangeur à vis - une deuxième trémie destinée à contenir des corps creux de petite taille reliée à l’élément tubulaire vertical via un moyen d’injection des corps creux de petite taille disposé à proximité de l’extrémité de sortie dudit élément vertical. More specifically, the installation according to the present invention comprises: - a first hopper intended to contain ammonium nitrate in the form of prills and connected to an inlet end of a screw feeder - a means of injecting an inverse emulsion comprising nitrate, placed close to an outlet end of the screw feeder, - a vertical tubular element, one inlet end of which is connected to the outlet end of the screw feeder and one outlet end is connected to an inlet end of a screw mixer - a second hopper intended to contain small-sized hollow bodies connected to the vertical tubular element via a means for injecting small-sized hollow bodies arranged close to the output end of said vertical element.
