Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé d’assemblage et d’installation de suiveurs solaires sur un site d’une ferme solaire, par lequel chaque suiveur solaire comporte, à l’issue de l’installation, au moins une structure comprenant une poutre de soutien d’axe longitudinal d’orientation prédéterminée et au moins un socle supportant la poutre de soutien. Le procédé comprend la construction (S1) d’emplacements sur le site, associés chacun à un suiveur solaire à installer et comportant une fondation au sol formant un appui pour un socle d’une structure de suiveur solaire à installer. Le procédé comporte une étape (S2) de pré-assemblage lors de laquelle une structure associée à un suiveur solaire à installer à un emplacement donné, est au moins partiellement pré assemblée manuellement au sol sur une zone du site longeant l’emplacement. Le pré assemblage obtenu est alors levé et déplacé par un système de levage au-dessus et au droit de la fondation au sol, et abaissé par le système de levage vers la fondation au sol jusqu’à une position finale selon l’orientation prédéterminée, pour permettre un assemblage final. The method comprises the construction (S1) of locations on the site, each associated with a solar tracker to be installed and comprising a foundation on the ground forming a support for a base of a solar tracker structure to be installed. The method includes a pre-assembly step (S2) during which a structure associated with a solar tracker to be installed at a given location is at least partially pre-assembled manually on the ground in an area of the site bordering the location. The pre-assembly obtained is then lifted and moved by a lifting system above and level with the foundation on the ground, and lowered by the lifting system towards the foundation on the ground to a final position according to the predetermined orientation, to allow final assembly.
