L’invention concerne un dispositif thermique de chauffage et de refroidissement de fluides comprenant un ensemble d’échangeurs thermiques à une passe, ce dispositif comprenant : - un premier et un deuxième échangeurs thermiques, - au moins un premier élément Peltier disposé entre le premier et le deuxième échangeurs thermiques, - un troisième échangeur thermique disposé en dessous du deuxième échangeur thermique, - au moins un deuxième élément Peltier disposé entre le deuxième et le troisième échangeurs thermiques, le premier et le deuxième éléments Peltier sont configurés, soit pour transmettre de la chaleur respectivement au premier et au troisième échangeurs thermiques et refroidir le deuxième échangeur thermique; soit pour transmettre de la chaleur au deuxième échangeur thermique et refroidir respectivement le premier et le troisième échangeurs thermiques.
