Abstract
Système manuel de contrôle non destructif d’une pièce à contrôler comportant un sous-système (1) d’acquisition de données de contrôle non destructif comportant une sonde, un sous-système (2) de suivi de position de la sonde, un sous-système (3) d’acquisition de données de caractérisation de surface d’une zone de contrôle définie sur la surface de la pièce à contrôler, Caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte Un sous-système central (4) de pilotage des sous-systèmes (1, 2, 3) d’acquisition de données de contrôle, d’acquisition de données de caractérisation de surface et de suivi de position, en fonction de la zone de contrôle parcourue par la sonde manipulée par un opérateur et d’un mode opératoire prédéfini, le sous-système central étant apte à synchroniser le fonctionnement des sous-systèmes d’acquisition de données de contrôle, d’acquisition de données de caractérisation de surface et de suivi de position et à appairer les données produites par les sous-systèmes d’acquisition de données de contrôle, d’acquisition de données de caractérisation de surface et de suivi de position pendant leur fonctionnement.
