L’invention concerne un dispositif (1) de mesure et de surveillance de la température d’un objet, le dispositif (1) comprenant : un capteur de température (2) à bilame (3, 8) comprenant une partie mobile (3b, 8b) configuré pour se déplacer lors d’un changement de température, un moyen d’affichage permanent (5a, 9, 26, 27) d’au moins une valeur prédéfinie de température lorsque l’objet a atteint l’au moins une valeur prédéfinie, dans lequel la partie mobile (3b, 8b) est configurée pour initier l’affichage par le moyen d’affichage permanent (5a), l’affichage étant irréversible.
