Abstract

Un dispositif de moulage drainant (1) d’un système de fabrication (10) d’une pièce composite, ledit système de fabrication (10) comprenant un volume fermé étanche (12), un organe de chauffage (11) dudit volume (12) et un organe d’aspiration (13) configuré pour abaisser la pression dans ledit volume (12) pour compresser une pièce d’ébauche (100) comprenant de l’air emprisonné (A) dans le dispositif de moulage drainant (1), ledit dispositif de moulage drainant (1) comprenant un organe de moulage inférieur (6) et un organe de moulage supérieur (2) qui forme un empilement comprenant une partie d’empreinte (5) poreuse configurée pour drainer l’air (A) de la pièce d’ébauche (100) selon l’axe de l’empilement, une partie d’étanchéité (3) et une partie d’évacuation (4), entre la partie d’empreinte (5) et la partie d’étanchéité (3), comprenant des ouvertures traversantes configurées pour évacuer l’air (A) drainé à la périphérie de la partie d’évacuation (4).
