TITRE : : Installation et procédé de récupération de liquides alimentaires de briques en faisant éclater la brique pour en extraire le contenu  Installation comprenant : une alvéole (100) délimitée par deux côtés (111, 112) face à face et une butée (113), mobiles pour écraser la brique (B) dans l’alvéole (100), en commençant par écraser l’extrémité (E1) près de la butée (113) pour comprimer et refouler son contenu vers l’autre extrémité (E2), et la faire éclater, et un moyen d’entraînement (300) pour le mouvement relatif des deux côtés (111, 112) et un moyen de déplacement (400) pour déplacer l’alvéole (100).
