Abstract

L’invention concerne une méthode de détection du décalage angulaire entre une bague de roulement (16) et un corps creux (10) en prise l’un dans l’autre, ladite bague de roulement (16) étant adaptée à coopérer avec une autre bague de roulement (34) et des éléments roulants (32), ladite autre bague de roulement (34) coopérant avec un autre corps (36). La méthode comprend les étapes suivantes : on soumet localement ladite une bague de roulement (16) à un champ magnétique de façon à imprimer une aimantation rémanente dans une zone ponctuelle (24, 26) ; on porte un repère (30) sur ledit un corps creux (10) ; on enregistre la période de rotation de ladite zone ponctuelle (24, 26), et on enregistre simultanément, la période de rotation dudit repère (30), lorsque ledit un corps creux (10) est entraîné en rotation; et, on détecte un décalage angulaire lorsque lesdites périodes sont différentes.
