Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de préparation d’une composition cosmétique solide, poreuse et soluble, comprenant les étapes de procédé suivantes : a) la préparation d’un mélange contenant - de l’eau et - au moins un amidon et/ou un amidon modifié, et l’agitation du mélange jusqu’à homogénéité, b) éventuellement : l’ajout d’au moins un polyol sous agitation, c) l’ajout d’au moins un tensioactif sous agitation puis le chauffage du mélange obtenu à 75 à 82 °C pendant une durée de 1 à 5, d) le refroidissement du mélange de l’étape c) et éventuellement : ajout d’autres adjuvants et substances de soin sous agitation jusqu’à homogénéité, e) l’introduction d’un gaz dans le mélange total (G) de l’étape d) avec formation d’une mousse, f) le transfert de la mousse obtenue dans des récipients servant à distribuer la mousse par portions et g) le séchage de la mousse à une température de 40 à 60 °C pendant 4 à 24 heures, le mélange total (G) contenant 40 à 50 % en poids d’eau (par rapport au poids total du mélange total (G)) avant l’introduction du gaz à l’étape e). (Fig. 1, 2a, 2b).The invention relates to a process for preparing a solid, porous and soluble cosmetic composition, comprising the following process steps: a) preparing a mixture containing - water and - at least one starch and/or a modified starch, and stirring the mixture until homogeneous, b) optionally: adding at least one polyol with stirring, c) adding at least one surfactant with stirring then heating the mixture obtained at 75 to 82°C for a period of 1 to 5, d) cooling the mixture from step c) and optionally: adding other adjuvants and care substances with stirring until homogeneous, e) introducing d a gas in the total mixture (G) of step d) with formation of a foam, f) transferring the foam obtained into containers used to distribute the foam in portions and g) drying the foam to a temperature of 40 to 60°C for 4 to 24 hours, the total mixture (G) containing 40 to 50% by weight of water (relative to the total weight of the total mixture (G)) before the introduction of the gas to step e).
