Abstract
La présente invention concerne une méthode de pliage de plaque métallique et une installation de mise en œuvre. La méthode comprend les étapes suivantes : a) on fournit, une matrice (12) présentant deux portées d’appui (16, 18) espacées l’une de l’autre, un évidement de déformation (20) situé entre lesdites deux portées d’appui (16, 18), et un poinçon mobile (14) monté au droit dudit évidement de déformation (20) ; b) on installe une plaque (30) d’un matériau métallique présentant deux faces opposées (32, 34), de façon à pouvoir appliquer l’une (32) desdites faces contre lesdites deux portées d’appui (16, 18) ; c) on entraîne ledit poinçon (14) contre l’autre (34) desdites faces de façon à entraîner ladite plaque dans ledit évidement de déformation (20) pour plier ladite plaque. Et après l’étape b) on fournit de l’énergie thermique localement à ladite une (32) desdites faces entre lesdites deux portées d’appui (16, 18).
