Abstract

Dispositif de connexion (1’) adapté pour connecter électriquement de manière étanche une première unité électrique et une deuxième unité électrique, ledit dispositif de connexion (1’) comportant un boîtier de connexion (2’) définissant un espace intérieur (21’) dans lequel sont disposés : - au moins un fil électrique (4’), adapté pour être relié à ladite première unité électrique et comportant une âme conductrice (5’) ceinte d’une gaine isolante (6’) jusqu’à une extrémité dénudée (51’) de ladite âme conductrice (5’), et - une languette conductrice (3’), adaptée pour être reliée à ladite deuxième unité électrique et solidarisée mécaniquement avec l’extrémité dénudée (51’) de ladite âme conductrice (5’), de manière à réaliser un contact électrique entre ladite languette conductrice et ladite âme conductrice, ladite languette conductrice (3’), ladite extrémité dénudée (51’) et ladite gaine isolante (6’) étant immergées dans un matériau étanche (7’) remplissant l’espace intérieur (21’) du boîtier de connexion (2’) et assurant l’étanchéité de la connexion électrique entre ladite languette conductrice (3’) et ladite extrémité dénudée (51’) , ledit matériau étanche (7’) étant collé sur ladite gaine isolante (6’) et sur ledit boîtier de connexion (2’), ledit dispositif de connexion (1’) étant caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte une enveloppe intermédiaire (8’) enrobant partiellement ladite gaine isolante (6’), de manière que ladite gaine isolante (6’) n’est en contact avec ledit matériau étanche (7’) que sur une portion réduite (62’) de la gaine isolante (6’), où ladite gaine isolante (6’) est en contact glissant avec le matériau étanche (7’) et/ou avec la gaine isolante (6’).
