Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de préparation de graines germées enrichies en minéraux, comprenant les étapes suivantes : 1) mettre en contact au moins une graine à faire germer avec une solution contenant au moins un sel minéral choisi parmi le magnésium, le zinc, le calcium, le manganèse, le cuivre et le fer, dans laquelle la concentration en l’au moins un sel minéral est comprise entre 0,1g/L et 25g/L, 2) cultiver ladite au moins une graine pendant un temps suffisant à sa germination, 3) récupérer l’au moins une graine germée enrichie en au moins un minéral tel que défini à l’étape 1). La présente invention se rapporte également à une graine germée susceptible d’être obtenue par le procédé de l’invention, ainsi qu’à un extrait d’une graine germée, à une composition cosmétique ou dermatologique comprenant un extrait de graine germée, une utilisation cosmétique de l’extrait de graine germée et à une utilisation d’une solution contenant au moins un sel minéral choisi parmi le magnésium, le zinc, le calcium, le manganèse, le cuivre et le fer, dans laquelle la concentration en l’au moins un sel minéral est comprise entre 0,1g/L et 25g/L, pour l’arrosage et/ou la brumisation et/ou le trempage de graines à faire germer pendant le processus de germination desdites graines, pour l’obtention de graines germées enrichies en l’au moins un sel minéral.The present invention relates to a method for preparing germinated seeds enriched with minerals, comprising the following steps: 1) bringing at least one seed to be germinated into contact with a solution containing at least one mineral salt chosen from magnesium, zinc , calcium, manganese, copper and iron, in which the concentration of the at least one mineral salt is between 0.1g/L and 25g/L, 2) cultivating said at least one seed for a sufficient time upon its germination, 3) recovering the at least one germinated seed enriched in at least one mineral as defined in step 1). The present invention also relates to a sprouted seed capable of being obtained by the process of the invention, as well as to an extract of a sprouted seed, to a cosmetic or dermatological composition comprising a sprouted seed extract, a use cosmetic of the germinated seed extract and to a use of a solution containing at least one mineral salt chosen from magnesium, zinc, calcium, manganese, copper and iron, in which the concentration of the au least one mineral salt is between 0.1 g/L and 25 g/L, for watering and/or misting and/or soaking seeds to be germinated during the germination process of said seeds, for obtaining seeds sprouts enriched with at least one mineral salt.
