Abstract

L’invention concerne un contenant (2) destiné au vieillissement, au stockage et/ou à l’élevage d’une boisson alcoolisée (L) dans l’artisanat et/ou l’industrie, comprenant au moins une ouverture (22) et un volume intérieur (Vin) ; et au moins un élément de fermeture (3) destiné à fermer de manière étanche l’ouverture (22) du contenant (2). Ledit élément de fermeture (3) est amovible de façon sélective de ladite ouverture (22) et est réutilisable. Ledit contenant (2) est imperméable aux gaz (G). Ledit élément de fermeture (3) comprend au moins une partie (31) réalisée dans au moins un matériau perméable aux gaz (G), de façon contrôlée, mais imperméable aux liquides.
