Abstract

Installation de transfert de granulés de matière et procédé de transfert de granulés de matière. Installation (1) de transfert de granulés de matière comportant :- une zone de traitement (2) pouvant recevoir une palette (P) de niveaux de sacs empilés de granulés, chaque sac présentant une face principale sensiblement horizontale,- une trémie (3) coiffée de moyens d’ouverture (30) de sacs, - des moyens de préhension (4) configurés pour prendre et déplacer au moins un sac depuis la zone (2) jusqu’aux moyens d’ouverture (30),- des moyens de détection (7) de l’orientation des sacs sur la palette (P) et des moyens de positionnement des moyens de préhension (4). Procédé de transfert de granulés de matière depuis une zone (2) vers une trémie (3), comportant les étapes suivantes : - on détecte la présence d’une palette (P) de sacs de granulés sur la zone (2), - on détecte, par des moyens de détection (7) de l’orientation de sacs, la forme de sacs visibles sur le dessus de la palette (P), - on compare la position des sacs visibles avec des positions de sacs dans une base de données,- on sélectionne au moins un sac visible,- on actionne des moyens de préhension (4), pour amener une surface de contact (40) desdits moyens de préhension (4) à venir en contact avec une face principale visible d’au moins un sac sélectionné,- on solidarise les moyens de préhension (4) avec le(s) sac(s) sélectionné(s), - on déplace le(s) sac(s) sélectionné(s) jusqu’à la trémie (3),- on met en contact le(s) sac(s) avec des moyens d’ouverture (30) de sacs,- on déplace et/ou on secoue le(s) sac(s) au-dessus de la trémie (3) pour faire tomber les granulés,- on évacue le(s) sac(s) vide(s) des moyens de préhension (4). Installation (1) for transferring material granules comprising: - a treatment zone (2) able to receive a pallet (P) of levels of stacked bags of granules, each bag having a substantially horizontal main face, - a hopper (3) topped with bag opening means (30), - gripping means (4) configured to pick up and move at least one bag from the zone (2) to the opening means (30), - detection (7) of the orientation of the bags on the pallet (P) and of the means for positioning the gripping means (4). Method for transferring granules of material from an area (2) to a hopper (3), comprising the following steps: - the presence of a pallet (P) of bags of granules is detected on the area (2), - the detects, by detection means (7) of the orientation of the bags, the shape of the bags visible on the top of the pallet (P), - the position of the visible bags is compared with positions of bags in a database , - at least one visible bag is selected, - gripping means (4) are actuated to bring a contact surface (40) of said gripping means (4) to come into contact with a main visible face of at least a selected bag, - the gripping means (4) are secured to the selected bag(s), - the selected bag(s) are moved to the hopper (3 ), - the bag(s) are brought into contact with bag opening means (30), - the bag(s) are moved and/or shaken above the hopper ( 3) to drop the pellets, - the s ac(s) empty(s) of the gripping means (4).
