Abstract
L’invention a pour objet un dispositif de suspension d’un appareillage à partir d’une plateforme, comportant un bras de suspension (1) constitué de deux parties, respectivement une partie de support (11) et une partie pivotante (12) disposées dans le prolongement l’une de l’autre et reliées par deux flasques de jonction (51, 52) appliqués l’un sur l’autre par des moyens de serrage amovibles. Selon l’invention, la partie de support (11) du bras forme un boîtier rigide (4) limité par une paroi externe cylindrique (40) centrée sur l’axe horizontal (10) et s’étendant de part et d’autre d’une partie centrale (43) prenant appui sur l’embase fixe (2) par l’intermédiaire d’un palier (3) de centrage sur l’axe vertical (20) de rotation du bras et la partie pivotante (12) du bras est portée par un arbre de centrage (6) fixé sur le flasque tournant (52) et prenant appui sur le boîtier (4) par deux roulements écartés (63, 64), sur lequel est appliqué un couple de commande du pivotement de la partie (12) du bras, autour de son axe horizontal. Une telle disposition assure une répartition des charges appliquées qui permet d’éviter les risques de blocage de la rotation et du pivotement du bras pour le passage de l’appareillage en position d’entretien au dessus de la plateforme. Such an arrangement ensures a distribution of the loads applied which makes it possible to avoid the risks of blocking the rotation and pivoting of the arm for the passage of the equipment in the maintenance position above the platform.
