Abstract
L’invention a pour objet un dispositif de suspension d’un appareillage comportant un bras de suspension (1) comprenant une partie externe (12) de suspension de l’appareillage (C) et une partie interne (11) prenant appui sur une embase fixe (2), et une tige (6) de commande de la rotation de l’appareillage jusqu’à une position horizontale d’entretien. Selon l’invention, la partie d’appui interne (11) du bras de suspension (1) forme un boîtier rigide creux (4) à l’intérieur duquel la tige de commande (6) est portée par deux roulements écartés (63), (64), la partie externe (12) du bras de suspension (1) est munie, à une extrémité interne (15) d’un flasque (52) appliqué, contre un premier flasque (51) solidaire du boîtier (4), ledit flasque (52) étant calé en rotation et prenant appui sur un moyeu d’entraînement ménagé sur une extrémité externe (62) de la tige de commande (6). Grâce à cette disposition, toute la charge portée par le bras de suspension (1) est appliquée sur ce moyeu (62) et transmise par la tige (6) et les deux roulements (63), (64) au boîtier rigide (4) qui prend appui, dans sa partie centrale, sur un palier axial (3). L’ensemble est ainsi bien équilibré, ce qui permet, en service, d’éviter le blocage de la rotation du bras. Thanks to this arrangement, all the load carried by the suspension arm (1) is applied to this hub (62) and transmitted by the rod (6) and the two bearings (63), (64) to the rigid casing (4) which rests, in its central part, on an axial bearing (3). The assembly is thus well balanced, which makes it possible, in service, to avoid blocking the rotation of the arm. Figure for abstract: Fig 14
