Un dispositif de mesure (1) du débit massique (Qm) d’un fluide à partir de mesures du débit volumique (Q), de la permittivité (ε) et de la température (T), ledit dispositif de mesure (1) comprenant au moins une enveloppe (8) comprenant : au moins un canal (10) de circulation du fluide comprenant au moins une entrée de fluide (11) et au moins une sortie de fluide (12), au moins un débitmètre à ultrasons (2) configuré pour mesurer le débit volumique (Q) de fluide circulant dans ledit canal (10), au moins un capteur de température (3) configuré pour mesurer la température (T) du fluide dans ledit canal (10) et au moins un capteur capacitif (4) configuré pour mesurer la permittivité (ε) du fluide dans ledit canal (10).
