Abstract
Un procédé d’analyse photothermique d’une pièce (10) solide comprend d’injecter de la chaleur dans une zone d’une surface de la pièce, appelée zone de chauffage (ZC), de saisir une image thermique d’analyse (ANA) d’une zone de détection (ZD) qui est distincte de ladite zone de chauffage, puis de soustraire à ladite image thermique d’analyse une image de référence (REF). L’image de référence correspond à une répartition d’émission thermique telle que provoquée par la chaleur injectée pour un cas où la portion de surface de la pièce serait dépourvue de défaut. Un tel procédé permet de réduire un temps de cycle d’analyse de la pièce, et de réduire un rapport signal-sur-bruit d’images capables de révéler des défauts qui sont présents dans la portion de surface de la pièce.Figure d’abrégé : Figure 1
