Le procédé (210) comprend en l’occurrence les étapes suivantes : a) capture d'au moins une image (234) d'un motif (124) à travers une lentille optique (112), et b) détermination d'au moins un paramètre optique (220, 220, 220‘) de la lentille optique (112) à partir de l'au moins une image (234) du motif (124), où à partir de l'au moins une image (234) du motif (124) présentant une variation observable optiquement, on extrait au moins deux jeux de données (242, 244, 246) de valeurs caractéristiques différentes entre elles de la variation, et on détermine au moins un paramètre optique (220, 220‘, …) de la lentille optique (112) à partir des au moins deux jeux de données (242, 244, 246). La présente invention permet de déterminer avec une précision supérieure au moins un paramètre optique (220, 220‘, …) de la lentille optique (112). De plus, on peut déterminer au moins deux paramètres optiques (220, 220‘, …) de la lentille optique (112) aussi simultanément que possible, de sorte que des modifications qui peuvent survenir entre deux mesures individuelles ne soient pas prises en compte lors de l'évaluation des résultats de mesure, afin d’accélérer ainsi l'évaluation des résultats de mesure et d’obtenir une plus grande précision des résultats de mesure. In addition, at least two optical parameters (220, 220', ...) of the optical lens (112) can be determined as simultaneously as possible, so that changes which may occur between two individual measurements are not taken into account when evaluation of the measurement results, thereby accelerating the evaluation of the measurement results and achieving higher accuracy of the measurement results.
