Abstract

Procédé de détermination d’un besoin de chauffe d’un catalyseur (34) de réduction sélective des oxydes d’azote d’une ligne d’échappement (26) d’un système (30) de post-traitement des gaz d’échappement d’un moteur à combustion interne (10), ledit système (30) comprenant un piège à oxydes d’azote (32) en amont dudit catalyseur (34), un dispositif (36) d’injection d’un agent réducteur directement en amont du catalyseur (34) de réduction sélective des oxydes d’azote, au moins un capteur de température (42b) disposé en amont du catalyseur (34), un premier dispositif (44a) de mesure de richesse disposé en amont du piège (32), et au moins un deuxième dispositif (44b) de mesure de richesse disposé en aval du piège (32) à oxydes d’azote. Le besoin en chauffe du catalyseur (34) est déterminé en fonction :- d’un premier critère dépendant d’une valeur de température du catalyseur (34) et d’un niveau de chargement dans le piège à oxydes d’azote (32), et - d’un deuxième critère dépendant d’un gradient de niveaux de chargement dans le piège à oxydes d’azote (32) et d’un gradient de la température du catalyseur (34).
