Abstract
L’invention concerne une structure composite pour l’isolation intérieure d’un véhicule, la structure présentant une surface, dite externe, orientée vers une paroi du véhicule à habiller et une surface, dite interne, orientée vers l’intérieur du véhicule, et comprenant une mousse de polyéthylène à cellules fermées ignifugée, ladite structure comportant, sur au moins la surface interne, une couche d’au moins un matériau choisi parmi les polyuréthanes, les polyurées, les copolymères poly(uréthane-urée) et tout mélange desdits polyuréthanes, desdits polyurées et/ou desdits copolymères poly(uréthane-urée). L’invention concerne aussi des panneaux d’isolation fabriqués avec cette structure et un véhicule ainsi équipé.The invention relates to a composite structure for the interior insulation of a vehicle, the structure having a so-called external surface oriented towards a wall of the vehicle to be clad and a so-called internal surface oriented towards the interior of the vehicle, and comprising a flame-retardant closed-cell polyethylene foam, said structure comprising, on at least the internal surface, a layer of at least one material chosen from among polyurethanes, polyureas, poly(urethane-urea) copolymers and any mixture of said polyurethanes , of said polyureas and/or of said poly(urethane-urea) copolymers. The invention also relates to insulation panels made with this structure and to a vehicle thus equipped.
