Abstract

Un procédé mis en œuvre par ordinateur et un système de traitement des données pour surveiller un environnement de serveur d’applications distribué connecté à une pluralité de terminaux clients, dans lesquels un terminal client demande au moins l’accomplissement d’une tâche pendant une session, une tâche nécessitant l’exécution d’au moins une d’une pluralité d’applications, sont présentés Le procédé inclut le stockage de fichiers journaux sur au moins un serveur de bases de données, la récupération au moins d’un fichier journal provenant dudit au moins un serveur de bases de données, la génération d’un arbre d’appel d’application pour l’accomplissement d’une tâche à partir dudit au moins un fichier journal, l’agrégation d’une pluralité d’arbres d’appel d’application pour la même tâche pour générer un arbre d’appel d’application moyenné, l’analyse de l’arbre d’appel d’application moyenné une égard aux problèmes de performance, et en réponse à la détection d’un problème de performance, la génération d’un message de sortie.
