Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé (100) de géolocalisation d’une balise de diffusion (33) d'un système (10) de communication sans fil. La balise est configurée pour émettre de manière récurrente, à destination des terminaux (20) du système, un message de diffusion comportant un identifiant de la balise. Le terminal est configuré pour émettre, en réponse à la réception du message de diffusion, à destination d’un réseau d’accès (30) du système, un message d’association comportant l’identifiant de la balise. Le message d’association émis par le terminal peut être reçu simultanément par plusieurs stations de base du réseau d'accès. La position géographique de la balise de diffusion est déterminée en fonction de la position géographique d'au moins une station de base de référence (BSRef) dont la position géographique est connue et ayant reçu le message d’association émis par le terminal.
