Abstract
L’invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation en masse d’un polymère diénique époxydé dans un outil de mise en œuvre du caoutchouc qui comprend l’ajout en au moins deux fois d’un agent d’époxydation solide. Le procédé de l’invention permet d’atteindre un taux d’époxydation comparable aux taux d’époxydation obtenus lors de procédé d’époxydation de polymère diénique en solution, avec un rendement élevé supérieur ou égal 85%.The invention relates to a process for the mass preparation of an epoxidized diene polymer in a rubber processing tool which comprises the addition at least twice of a solid epoxidizing agent. The process of the invention makes it possible to achieve an epoxidation rate comparable to the epoxidation rates obtained during the epoxidation process of diene polymer in solution, with a high yield greater than or equal to 85%.
