Abstract

L’invention concerne un appareil d’exercice comprenant un pédalier accouplé à un dispositif de freinage. Ledit appareil d’exercice est constitué par un boitier (100) traversé par un axe principal (300) transversal, disposé à une hauteur comprise entre 120 et 170 millimètres du plan d’appui sur le sol, ledit axe principal (300) étant accouplé de part et d’autre dudit boîtier (100) à une flasque discale (301) portant un axe transversal excentré, lesdits axes excentrés étant orientés de manière diamétralement opposée par rapport audit axe principal transversal (300), chacun desdits axes excentrés étant articulé par rapport à une pièce de liaison (210) avec une pédale formée par une platine (200) articulée par rapport à ladite pièce de liaison (210) par un pivot parallèle à l’axe longitudinal de ladite platine (200) pour permettre le déplacement de ladite platine entre une position active horizontale et une position de rangement où elle est rabattue contre la face verticale dudit boîtier, ledit axe principal (300) entraînant un rotor d’inertie logé dans ledit boîtier (100).
