Abstract

La présente invention concerne le domaine technique des bétons résiduels et autres compositions à base de ciment et plus particulièrement pour les empêcher de prendre en masse afin d’en faciliter leur recyclage. Il a été découvert, de manière surprenante, l’utilisation d’un matériau asséchant spécifique permet de pouvoir recycler facilement les bétons non coulés sur chantier, à savoir qui, pour une raison quelconque, n’ont pas été mis en place. Ce matériau asséchant comprend : - au moins 50% et jusqu’à 100% en poids d’un polymère superabsorbant post réticulé, à savoir ayant subi un traitement de réticulation de surface, caractérisé en ce qu’il a une capacité de rétention centrifuge (CRC) inférieure à 32 g/g, de préférence inférieure ou égale à 30g/g, - et, de façon optionnelle, de 0% à 50% en poids d’un acide organique et/ou d’un polymère hydrosoluble de haut poids moléculaire et/ou de fibres organiques. L’invention concerne également le procédé de mise en œuvre du matériau et les agrégats recyclés issus du procédé.
