Cette chemise (23) comporte au moins une paroi de séparation (32, 33) s’étendant dans la paroi tubulaire (24), cette paroi de séparation (32, 33) ayant une ouverture (34, 37), pour partitionner l’espace interne de la paroi tubulaire (24) en plusieurs portions (E1, E2, E3).
