Un ensemble de vis à billes (100) ayant un écrou à billes comprenant une première extrémité, une seconde extrémité, un alésage central et un chemin de roulement pour billes (136) défini par la surface interne, un arbre de vis à billes (110) comprenant une surface externe définissant un chemin de roulement pour billes (116), l’arbre de vis à billes étant disposé dans l’alésage central de sorte que les chemins de roulement pour billes forment une piste de roulement pour billes (150), une première butée (190) disposée dans la piste de roulement pour billes, une pluralité de billes principales (140) formant un train de billes (160), le train de billes étant disposé dans la piste de roulement pour billes, et un ensemble formant ressort principal (170) disposé dans la piste de roulement pour billes entre une première extrémité du train de billes et la première butée (190), dans lequel une constante de rappel d’une première partie formant ressort (172) est supérieure à une constante de rappel d’une deuxième partie formant ressort (174).
