RELAIS ELECTROMECANIQUE A DISPERSION REDUITE DE LA FORCE DE TRAVAIL, ET PROCEDE POUR SA REALISATION Relais électromécanique comprenant une armature fixe (1), un noyau magnétique (2), une armature mobile (3) articulée selon une charnière fixe pour pivoter entre un état de travail et un état de repos vers lequel elle est rappelée par des moyens de rappel élastiques (9). L’armature mobile (3) est attirée par le noyau magnétique (2) lorsque celui-ci conduit un champ magnétique généré par une bobine de commande (5) alimentée. Une poutre de contact (6) s’étend jusqu’à une extrémité libre de contact (7) en regard d’un contact de travail fixe (4). La poutre de contact comprend une lame ressort (61), comportant une lumière de positionnement (62) dans laquelle est engagé un ergot de positionnement (35) faisant saillie d’une face de fixation (34) de l’armature mobile (3), et en outre solidarisée à l’armature mobile par une soudure laser (63) en une zone située entre la lumière de positionnement (62) et l’extrémité libre de contact (7) de la lame ressort (61). A contact beam (6) extends to a contact free end (7) opposite a fixed working contact (4). The contact beam comprises a leaf spring (61), comprising a positioning slot (62) in which is engaged a positioning lug (35) projecting from a fixing face (34) of the movable frame (3) , and further secured to the movable frame by a laser weld (63) in a zone located between the positioning slot (62) and the free contact end (7) of the leaf spring (61).
