Abstract
Titre de l’invention : Dispositif pour la destruction des déchets industriels spéciaux ou toxiques par pyrolyse et sa mise en œuvre. La présente invention concerne un dispositif destiné à détruire des déchets solides préalablement broyés dits MAT par une technique de pyrolyse spatiale ablative, à l’intérieur d’un réacteur de dépolymérisation (200) constitué d’un contenant cylindrique (230) dont la surface périphérique intérieure est recouverte d’une mousse rigide isolante (240) associée à du graphite hautement purifié et recouvert de carbone pyrolytique brillant miroir pour refléter le rayonnement, dans lequel on a fait le vide et où on a porté la température jusqu’à environ 3000°C. Le réacteur de dépolymérisation (200) dispose en son intérieur d’une cage interne (265) constituée de barres de graphites (270) placées successivement verticalement et à intervalle régulier sur un axe circulaire circonscrit, à l’intérieur de laquelle sont introduits par gravité et sans contact les déchets solides à traiter dits MAT qui lors de leur chute sont érodés par le frottement sur les rayonnements émis par les barres de cage (270). Les résidus gazeux et solides sont transférés par un tube dit évacuateur (300) dans lequel est injectée de l’eau au moyen d’au moins une buse (340), vers un récupérateur (400) muni d’un dispositif de refroidissement (440) pour condenser les gaz résiduels et les résidus solides sont stockés par décantation au fond du récupérateur. Les résidus liquides sont extraits du récupérateur au moyen d’une pompe (500). The gaseous and solid residues are transferred by a so-called evacuator tube (300) into which water is injected by means of at least one nozzle (340), towards a recuperator (400) provided with a cooling device (440 ) to condense the residual gases and the solid residues are stored by decantation at the bottom of the recuperator.
